In our world that is packed full of God-given gifts and talents, why is it that nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with these great gifts and talents? Of course, there is not a single person who has inherited gold or an oil field who would like to live in poverty. But, unfortunately, most people who have such heavenly resources (gifts and talents) are not effectively using them.
Many people have the belief that because gifts and talents are “by Grace”, therefore, we do not have to do anything about them to make them known or useful. We just have to be there and wait patiently for our time and season. That would be like saying a “gifted” athlete does not need to practice or train to win a gold medal. In this book, the author will demystify this myth. We need to develop these gifts; gifts do not grow by themselves.
