Before we begin this exposition, we must hasten to say that the author’s purpose is not to encourage nor hinder anyone from their decision to give tithes.

The goal of this book is to biblically prove beyond a reasonable doubt, whether Old and New testament passages promote Christian tithing as a “mandate” or “a command from God” or more as a model for the present day Christian. This study is expressly and explicitly for biblical truth in order to reveal the biblical historical narrative, as well as the literary context of those narratives as they relate to the practice of tithing.

Any pastor or serious biblical scholar should have this book in their library to have the main references, from both Old and New testament, that relate to tithing plus the arguments, both for and against, before practicing or encouraging tithing in other Christians.
